$500 – $550 / hr

Deposition testimony, trial testimony, arbitration testimony, and mediation support. Billed in 1/10th hour increments. Travel time and expenses billed separately.

Standard retainer: $3,000. Deposition minimum: 4 hours; trial minimum: full day. Flat-fee engagements available for defined-scope matters. Cancellation policy and complex-matter premiums are documented in the engagement letter prior to commencement of work.
